Description
On the reverse of the specimen adrenal cortex can be seen both spread over the lower part and on
the cut surface from the top. The lesion is a circumscribed tan-coloured mass in which there are
areas of haemorrhage and necrosis. This is an unusually large lesion and may well have been
associated with Cushing's disease but the history is not known.
